cottage
The Cottage at Halzephron House has oodles of rustic character, wonderful sea views and plenty of space for a family of 6, or two couples wishing to enjoy a seaside holiday. Just outside the village of Gunwalloe, with the famous Halzephron Inn, the cottage is perfectly located for exploring the coastal path (the property is next to it), the 3 beaches close by and the unspoilt Lizard peninsula.
The cottage has a large living room with panoramic ocean views, a huge wood burner, and TV. Above the living room is a galleried upstairs twin (this room has limited head height). There's a fully equipped kitchen/diner with dining table for 6, dishwasher, washer/dryer, American style fridge-freezer and sea views to both sides. The sun sets directly outside this window and the living room window. Downstairs there is the master bedroom with kingsize bed; a second bedroom with double bed; a wet room, and separate bathroom with double-ended bath.
There are two gardens; a small garden to the front and side and a large lawned garden across the carpark in the old herb garden. The Cottage has a picnic table, firepit and BBQ. Please note that the garden in front of the Cottage is not completely dog-proof, however the old herb garden is completely fenced in. The beach at Gunwalloe Fishing Cove (a 5-minute walk along the coastal path) is dog-friendly year round.
